Suffer a little less guilt with these delicious chocolate chip treats!
Ingredients:
3 c. Almond flour
1 tsp baking soda
1/4 tsp sea salt
1/4 c. extra virgin coconut oil
3/4 c. honey
3 large eggs
2 large egg whites
1 tsp pure vanilla
1/2 c. semi sweet chocolate chips
Preparation:
- Preheat oven to 375
- Combine almond flour, baking soda and salt in a bowl and set aside.
- Mix coconut oil and honey in a large mixer bowl until creamy
- Add eggs, egg whites and vanilla and mix well
- Add almond flour mixture and mix well until blended
- Drop by rounded tablespoons onto a baking sheet. Flatten cookies slightly and bake for 14-16 minutes or until golden brown
