Alright, rarely do I get excited about dance fitness, but I just got my hands on the complete program for Country Heat by Autumn Calabrese and I have to admit… this is crazy, wild fun!!!
So I did my homework yesterday and rolled through the entire program so I could give you the low down on this new country-inspired dance workout. Country Heat is a fun-filled “make you smile” kinda program, but it’s still a cardio workout. You WILL sweat, burn calories, tone, tighten and dance your way healthy. This is a beginner level program. Absolutely anyone can do this program. I have absolutely no dance skills, yet I found the routines very easy to follow. Autumn Calabrese breaks down every move so it’s really easy to keep up. The music is from some of Country’s top artists and it is awesome! Each workout is only 30 minutes and you won’t believe how time flies when you’re kickin’ up your heels and having the time of your life!
