Tomorrow is launch day!
When Beachbody releases a new fitness program, we’re never really sure what we’re in for. So it’s pretty exciting when one of our own gets to try it out first hand. Kaleigh Hennessey is a coach on my team and we’re all blown away by her results with “Country Heat,” a new dance fitness program developed by Autumn Calabrese.
In just 30 days Kaleigh lost 16.4 pounds by following the low impact, fun workouts and following the nutrition program.
