Simple Guacamole & Chips
We’ve simplified guacamole by eliminating the need to chop up all the vegetables. Our version is healthy and delicious and can be made in minutes with just 4 ingredients! It’s the perfect side dish to take to a summer get together. The chips are so much tastier and better for you than any store bought chip.

To make the guacamole
  1. Remove avocado flesh and chop or mash to desired texture.
  2. In a medium bowl, add avocado and remaining ingredients and mix well.
  3. Serve with homemade chips.
To make the chips
  1. Pre-heat oven to 375°
  2. In a small bowl combine extra virgin olive oil and lime juice.
  3. Using a pastry brush, lightly coat the front and back of each tortilla with the olive oil mixture.
  4. Sprinkle each tortilla with sea salt and cut into several wedges.
  5. Place tortillas wedges on a baking sheet and bake for 10-12 minutes, or edges start to roll and they become crisp.
  6. Remove from oven and serve warm with salsa or guacamole.
