This recipe for Lemon and Herb Grilled Chicken is a family favorite! It’s simple to prepare too. Just place the chicken in the herb marinade and keep refrigerated for up to 24 hours before you’re ready to cook.

Ingredients
- 4 Boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 2 Lemons juiced
- 1/4 C extra virgin olive oil
- 1/4 C Chopped fresh poultry herbs such as rosemary, thyme, parsley and sage
- 1 Garlic clove minced
- salt & pepper to taste

Instructions
- Place chicken breasts in a large ziploc bag or bowl.
- Whisk remaining ingredients together in a separate bowl and pour over chicken. Seal bag or cover bowl and let chicken marinate in refrigerator for 1-2 hours.
- Preheat grill to high or use grill pan on the oven and heat on high for about 2 minutes.
- Place chicken on grill and grill on each side for 1 - 2 minutes.
- Turn heat to low and let chicken cook for an additional 4-5 minutes, or until fully cooked.
- Remove from grill and serve.
