Here are some sample meal plans to get you through your first round of Country Heat. Since Country Heat meal plans are based on the same color-coded portion control container system as 21 Day Fix, 21 Day Fix Extreme, Cize and the Master’s Hammer & Chisel; you can use these meal plans if you are following any of those fitness programs.
Recipes can be found either right here on the recipe page of my blog or from the Fixate Cookbook or Country Heat Nutrition Guide. I also included a blank template that you can download and edit with your own meal plans.
